„Newsec“ tarpininkavo parduodant prekybos centrą „Atrium Azur“ Rygoje

Tarptautinė nekilnojamojo turto konsultacijų bendrovė „Newsec“ atstovavo lyderiaujančią Centrinės ir Rytų Europos prekybos centrų valdymo kompaniją ATRIUM, parduodant 20.400 kv. m ploto prekybos centrą „Atrium Azur“ Rygoje. Pastatą įsigijo UAB „KS Holding“, su Rakauskų šeima ir Suomijos „Kesko“ koncernu susijusi bendrovė. Bendrovė įsigytą AZUR prekybos centrą rekonstruos ir jame įkurdins „Kesko Senukai“ parduotuvę. Sandorio vertė – 12,5 mln. eurų.

Newsec acted as an advisor to a leading owner and manager of food and fashion anchored shopping centres in Central and Eastern Europe ATRIUM in the sales process of 20,400 sq.m shopping centre ATRIUM AZUR in Riga. The property was acquired by KS Holding, a company related to Finnish Kesko Group and Lithuanian Rakauskas family. Value of transaction – 12.5 million euros.
