Newsec atstovavo Vokietijos nekilnojamojo turto bendrovę Bauplan Nord, pasirašant pirkimo pardavimo sutartį del Upmala Biroji biurų pastato Rygoje. 10.500 kv.m verslo centras yra pastatytas 2008 m., o jo pagrindinis nuomininkas yra SEB banko paslaugų centras. Pastatą įsigijo Danijos Northern Horizon Capital valdomas ir Nasdaq vertybinių popierių biržoje kotiruojamas Baltic Horizon Fund. The building is anchored by SEB shared service centre and net leasable area of the property is over 10,500 m2. The property was acquired by Nasdaq listed Baltic Horizon Fund.
