Tarptautinė nekilnojamojo turto konsultacijų bendrovė „Newsec“ atstovavo nekilnojamojo turto vystymo kompaniją „E.L.L. Real Estate“ parduodant biurų pastatą „L3 Biurai“ Vilniuje. 2004 metais pastatytą pastatą, kurį sudaro 6,150 kv. m nuomojamo ploto, įsigijo „EfTEN Real Estate Fund III“ už viešai neskelbiamą sumą.

Newsec has advised real estate development company E.L.L. Real Estate for the sale-purchase transaction of the office building “L3 Biurai” in Vilnius. The property has been acquired by investor – EfTEN Real Estate Fund III. The transaction value is confidential pursuant to the parties’ agreement.
The building, which was completed in 2004, has 6,150 m2 of rental space and an outdoor parking lot with 221 parking spaces. The “L3 Biurai” has 37 tenants, the largest ones – Bonum Publicum, insurance company, SBA Concern, one of the leading business groups in Lithuania working in a wider range of sectors from furniture and energy to apparel and real estate, travel agency – Novaturas, car rental company – AVIS and construction company – Merko Statyba.
