NEWSEC ADVISED SECURA IN THE DIVESTMENT PROCESS OF ONNINEN DISTRIBUTION CENTRE IN KAUNAS, LITHUANIA

Newsec acted as an advisor to Secura, the fund managed by Northern Horizon Capital (former Baltic Property Trust Asset Management), and helped to dispose a property in Kaunas, the second largest town of Lithuania.

The 3,000 m2 Onninen distribution centre, originally built to its current tenant Onninen, was sold to a group of private Lithuanian investors.
