Newsec acted as an advisor to BPT Optima, the fund managed by Baltic Property Trust Asset Management, and helped to dispose 5 assets in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

The 3 retail properties, 1 office centre and 1 warehouse, all together comprising of 17,500 m2, were sold to an investor represented by Estonian investment company Capital Mill.

The divested properties are:
