We have learned that structured sales process as well as professional seller, such as BPT, ensures much higher investor interest, allowing luxury to choose the most efficient decision. BPT decided to split the Portfolio into several parts and we are happy to conclude transactions with different buyers, in this way denying the fact that Baltic markets are illiquid”, says Neringa Rastenyte, Head of Transactions at Newsec Baltics.
“This is the sign that investors rediscover Baltics again indicating good prospects to get into radar of major regional and international players going forward”, says Arturas Geguzis, Partner at Summa Advisers.
BPT Secura is managed by BPT Asset Management A/S. The fund originally consisted of 11 retail, office and logistics properties across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, totaling approx. 100,000 m² of prime property.
