Newsec has represented Regus, the world’s largest provider of flexible workspace solutions, during its expansion in Lithuania. Regus rented 1,200 sq. m in the class A office complex Park Town in Vilnius. The company will occupy the entire second floor and will provide more than 100 workplaces to facilitate flexible work.

Regus is the world’s largest provider of flexible workspace solutions, with customers including some of the most successful entrepreneurs, individuals and multi-billion dollar corporations. Regus network includes almost 3000 business centres, spanning almost 900 cities across 120 countries.

Regus chooses their spaces carefully, taking into consideration a wide range of factors including location, environment, convenience, infrastructure as well as future development of the surroundings, city development plans. A choice in favour of Park Town was made due to its indisputably good location, which successfully links actively growing central business district (CBD) with proximity to nature.

‘Regus customers will have a unique opportunity to benefit from the combination of the vibrant business environment and tranquillity when they need it. We are delighted to announce our presence in one of the best projects in CBD‘, said Regus Baltics Manager, Jekaterīna Kosmačeva.

‘We notice that more and more landlords discover the value of having serviced offices and co-working areas as part of the infrastructure in the buildings to deliver buffer space for the major tenants as well as to diversify occupancy with smaller tenants. Opportunity to get flexibility in terms of size and short term rent in the same building might even be one the essential parameters when choosing the office building for some corporate tenants, especially for those working on project basis or facing organic growth”, said Head of Corporate Solutions Baltics at Newsec, Martynas Babilas. “Newsec is proud to represent Regus network, which now has more than 3,000 centres worldwide, expansion in Lithuania. Further expansion in Vilnius is scheduled to continue adding another one or two centres.”
