THE WAREHOUSE MARKET IN KLAIPEDA (LITHUANIA) WAS POSITIVELY SHAKEN BY TWO LARGE TRANSACTIONS

Newsec advised on concluding two large scale RE transactions of industrial facilities valued more than 3,5 million EUR.

Litectus, a wholly-owned company in the SEB Group, sold the industrial buildings in Klaipeda’s Free Economic Zone (further – FEZ). New owner have evaluated operational advantages provided by FEZ and expects that 6,600 m² facilities will be leased to the industrial tenants.

Philip Morris Lithuania sold warehouse complex on the Silutes Highway. More than 4.4 hectare territory with total area of 9000 m² of buildings were sold to local investor. Buyer intends to demolish part of the old buildings and to develop new modern warehouse / industrial facilities.
